My name is Elizabeth Charters, and I am a certified wellness practitioner specializing in lymphatic drainage massage, craniosacral therapy, and reiki. My work focuses on supporting the body’s natural systems (particularly the lymphatic and nervous systems) to promote resilience, balance, and overall vitality. With nearly three decades of hands-on experience and advanced training in evidence-informed bodywork, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to helping clients feel more at ease in their bodies. My professional path began in 1998 and has evolved from early energy-based practices, including Reiki healing, into a deeply integrative practice that blends science-based techniques with intuitive care. I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where the body can reset, restore, and heal naturally.

  • Cancellations in less than 24-hours will result in a 30% fee of the full appointment rate, to your credit card on file.
