  • My office is located at 1895 Centre Street, Suite 208, Boston, West Roxbury, MA 02132

  • I share office space with Boston Brain Integration (their business name is on the door.)

  • There is ample, free street parking on Centre Street and on Park (in the neighborhood behind my building.)

  • Please note: there is a flight of stairs to get into my office and no elevator.

Below is information on how to prepare for your session. Please read it before your appointment.

    1. Please avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine for 3-hours before your appointment.

    2. Some lymph nodes are high up on the leg near the groin - it is advisable to wear underwear during your session (but up to your level of comfort!)

    3. In a 60-minute session, we will be able to target 2 body systems (like arms + legs, or arms + face.) For a full body treatment, a 90-minute session will be needed.

    4. If you’d like to have lymphatic drainage for face/sinuses, please arrive without makeup.

    5. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle, clinically informed practice and does not feel like Swedish massage. Please arrive mentally prepared for a very chill experience.

    3. This unique therapeutic is both energetic and hands on, allowing us to work on mind, body, and spirit! It is ideal to arrive with some idea of what you’d like to focus on; it can be as simple as “I want to feel more connected!” or “I’d like help healing my shoulder and also bring more abundance into my life.”

    4. Your session includes time at the beginning and end to come into alignment about your goals and experiences. I’ll also explain more about Subtle Spark Therapy before we get started at the time of your appointment.
